Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Bachelor's in Food Services Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.
• Experience planning and managing catering events.
• Strong leadership with a passion for developing teams.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality standards, production, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and web-based tools.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain high culinary standards across retail dining, board meals, and catering operations.
• Lead, train, and inspire the local culinary team to deliver exceptional results.
• Champion Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including sustainability, seasonality, and health & wellness programs.
• Analyze operational performance and trends, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure a deep understanding of daily menu offerings and confidently communicate details to customers and stakeholders.
