Compass Group USA's Gourmet Dining | Higher Education Accounts in the New York Region is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across a premier campus dining program. You will shape menus, mentor a talented team, and drive guest satisfaction with outstanding food quality and safety standards.

You’ll oversee strategic direction, manage food and labor costs, and partner with marketing and operations to deliver innovative dining concepts across campuses in New York.

Qualifications

• Prefers culinary degree.
• 3-5 years of progressive culinary management in high-volume settings.
• Proven success in foodservice, catering, or high-volume dining.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a talented culinary team with a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Create and execute diverse menus reflecting current culinary trends for client expectations.
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Purchase products, oversee inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Drive new culinary initiatives and collaborate with marketing and operations to introduce dining concepts.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
