Gourmet Dining | Higher Education Accounts | New York Region is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across our campus dining programs. You will oversee all culinary activities, build creative menus, and guide a talented team in a high-volume environment.

You will uphold the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational excellence while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance for accounts across New York.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive culinary management experience.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Experience in high-volume dining, foodservice or catering.
• Strong financial acumen with food costs and labor budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for a designated dining account.
• Develop and execute diverse, innovative menus.
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Purchase products, oversee inventory, and ensure efficiency.
• Drive new culinary initiatives and collaborate with marketing and operations.
