Gourmet Dining is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across our New York region's premier campus dining programs. You will guide a talented team, create innovative menus, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

As part of Gourmet Dining, you will manage food costs, labor budgets, and inventory, partnering with marketing and operations to launch new dining concepts across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred and 3–5 years of leadership in high-volume dining.
• Experience in foodservice, catering, or campus dining.
• Strong financial acumen with food costs and labor budgets.
• Proven ability to lead culinary teams.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations for a designated dining account.
• Provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute diverse menus reflecting current trends.
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining high quality.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, and operating excellence.
• Support catering operations and campus events.
