At Gourmet Dining, food is core to student life. As Executive Chef, you will create innovative dining experiences while upholding top quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive culinary management experience.
• Proven success in high-volume dining, foodservice, or catering environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food costs, labor budgets, and inventory controls.
• Demonstrated leadership experience developing and motivating culinary teams.
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with an industry-leading foodservice organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations for a designated dining account with strategic leadership and hands-on support.
• Lead and develop a culinary team focused on excellence and collaboration.
• Create and execute diverse menus reflecting current culinary trends and client expectations.
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain high guest satisfaction across programs.
