Job summary

Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations for both restaurant and banquet services. The role emphasizes menu design, recipe creation, and sustaining high standards of food quality and service.

You will supervise and train staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls while ensuring compliance with all applicable food handling regulations. A strong team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Executive Chef with menu design and recipe creation experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local food handling regulations.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and train kitchen staff for quality food production across restaurants and banquets.
• Schedule and direct all kitchen personnel including sanitation and cafeteria staff.
• Ensure inventory of supplies and materials needed for operations.
• Set performance standards for food prep, purchasing and production.
• Monitor sanitation and organization in food and beverage areas.
• Review and manage cost goals for food cost, labor and expenses.
