Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 4 atSt Mary’s College in Moraga, California. This culinary role will focus on the continued growth of the campus dining account. We are seeking a strong culinary leader with a proven commitment to high-volume dining through excellence, teamwork, and collaboration. Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends.Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.

What You'll Do
  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
