Are you a dynamic culinary leader with a passion for exceptional food and high standards? We’re seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to take charge of a high-volume, full-service restaurant located within a busy hotel property in Drexel Hill, PA. This is your opportunity to lead a thriving kitchen, shape an evolving menu, and inspire a dedicated culinary team.

As Executive Chef, you’ll oversee all back-of-house operations—driving quality, consistency, creativity, and efficiency. From menu development to team leadership and cost control, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and timing meet or exceed expectations.
  • Hire, train, and mentor culinary staff, building a culture of professionalism and accountability.
  • Design seasonal menus, incorporating current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Manage inventory, food purchasing, and vendor relationships to support cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor food and labor costs, ensuring financial performance aligns with goals.

  • Step in as needed on the line or expo during busy service periods.
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a full-service or hotel restaurant.
  • Proven success managing kitchen staff, driving performance, and reducing turnover.
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and ordering systems.
  • A passion for culinary creativity and menu innovation.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to support the team during peak periods.
