Job Summary

As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. Your responsibilities include managing and leading a team of associates, overseeing safety and sanitation, and executing the following:

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
2. Plan and create all menus
3. Purchase and manage inventory
4. Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top foodservice company
