Role Overview

Sodexo Senior Living has an excellent opportunity to grow your culinary career. We are currently seeking anExecutive 2to join our food service team supporting business in the region of Hartford, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinarian to provide high-end service to our residents at Senior Living communities. Candidates should be passionate, highly motivated, and enjoy client and resident interaction.

What You'll Do
  • oversee the daily dining operations including menu planning and controls;
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
  • have high expectations for quality of food and presentation;
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and train employees;and
  • knowledge of Food Management Systems/Software is preferred.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
