Metz Culinary Management is growing, and we have an opening for a Rock Star Executive Chef who shares our passion for Food, Service, and Leadership. We are seeking a culinary leader with a passion for food, service, and impressive presentations.

Our Executive Chef must have a mentoring management style that fosters a culture of fun, creativity, and growth. If you possess strong culinary skills, a passion for current, trending, and diverse menus, and are ready to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we want to hear from you! Experience as an Executive or Sous Chef in institutional settings such as hospitals, schools, colleges, senior living, or corporate dining is preferred.

Requirements

1. 3-5+ years of supervisory experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef
2. High-volume background
3. Experience in institutional facilities or multi-outlet settings preferred
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong restaurant management knowledge
6. Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
7. Strong catering experience
8. Culinary degree strongly preferred
