CCL Hospitality Group, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our scratch kitchen and deliver high-quality dining experiences to our residents and guests. Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead daily kitchen operations, including food prep, quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  2. Develop menus based on seasonal and local ingredients
  3. Manage food inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
  4. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented environment
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  6. Maintain high standards of food presentation and customer service
  7. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost management
  8. Engage with residents to gather feedback and improve service quality
  9. Lead team meetings and support staff development
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of culinary/kitchen management experience, preferably in high-volume settings
  • Hands-on culinary skills and leadership abilities
  • Experience with catering and institutional foodservice is a plus
