The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Aladdin Campus Dining team in Pueblo, CO. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for guests.

This position is open to candidates who are willing to relocate to Pueblo, CO. Relocation assistance may be available.

Your Pay:

Compensation for this position is $80,000 / year.

Where you'll be working:

Colorado State University Pueblo

What you'll be doing:
  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least ten years of progressive experience in culinary management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Experience with budget statements.
  • People management and mentoring experience

Nice-to-haves:

  • Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
