Job summary

Elior North America’s Lancer Hospitality team in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high‑volume BOH operation, develop menus, supervise production, purchasing, and sanitation, and guide the dining program for events and daily service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of progressive culinary experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and budget experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with budget statements.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Lancer Hospitality team in Saint Paul, MN. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare innovative cuisine and manage a BOH operation for an exciting property!

What you'll be doing:
