Job summary

Fox Restaurant Concepts' Culinary Dropout is seeking an Executive Chef to lead an opening team and drive exceptional, high-volume dining experiences across our locations.

You will manage shifts, coach staff, oversee operations and financials, ensure product quality and cleanliness, and leverage POS/OpenTable systems to deliver guest delight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
