Summary:

This position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of hotel food production and kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of quality, service, safety, and profitability. The Executive Chef oversees culinary teams, menu execution, food costs, sanitation standards, inventory, and daily kitchen operations while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests and supporting overall hotel goals.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership is desired, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and maintain high standards of service and operational performance in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should be proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office products, and able to operate office equipment with speed and accuracy. Ability to obtain any required government or brand‑specific permits, licenses, or certifications is required. This position requires a flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
