Qualifications

We're currently seeking a hands-on, visionary Executive Chef Partner to lead our culinary operations in Coral Gables.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead BOH operations with a focus on food quality, execution, team leadership, and financial results
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality output that reflects our standards and brand
  • Train sous chefs and culinary staff to follow recipes and uphold kitchen procedures
  • Control food, labor, supply, and linen costs without compromising guest experience
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings and strategic business planning
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness to ensure 100% operability
  • Write and manage BOH schedules, and execute short- and long-term culinary strategies
  • Foster a strong and motivated kitchen culture with continuous coaching and education
  • Develop and promote internal talent—aim to grow at least 2–3 new leaders per year

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale concept
  • Peruvian cuisine experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional kitchen management and operational skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining food quality and profitability
  • Strong understanding of financials, food cost control, and kitchen systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proficiency with kitchen and business management software
