The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, seeks an Executive Chef in Nashville to lead high-volume dining operations and culinary direction.

You will manage shifts, schedules, and financials, mentor and coach the restaurant team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding quality and cleanliness standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling, and planning.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and dining experience.
• Experience with POS systems and reservations (OpenTable).

• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
• Drive continuous improvement
