Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Executive Chef for a high-volume, trendy steakhouse in Broadview Heights, OH. You will coach and develop the culinary team, implement systems, and drive consistently delicious food.

The role requires from-scratch steakhouse experience and leadership over a $3M+ operation. You will manage BOH functions, inventory, and cost controls while creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar high-volume role with at least $3M yearly throughput.
• Experience in a from-scratch steakhouse environment is required.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff using established systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality.
• Create memorable guest experiences.
• Lead culinary team to excellence and develop team members.
• Be an independent self-starter with a strong desire to make an impact.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• All BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
• Create memorable experiences for our guests
• Lead the culinary team to excellence and develop team members
• Independent self-starter with astrong desire to make an impact
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role with high volume experience of at least $3M
• Experience in a from-scratch steakhouse environment REQUIRED.
