Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead a scratch-kitchen in an upscale casual setting. This role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on quality, and the ability to balance food cost with labor while building a positive kitchen culture.

You will train and mentor a culinary team, oversee daily operations, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with restaurant leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
