  • Make recommendations for your consultant(s) with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
  • Independently prepare correspondence, such as client contracts, client invoice requests, report templates, scheduling requests, and final client-ready documents with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Partner with your consultant(s) to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and firm goals/targets.
  • Proactively manage complex meetings both internally and with our clients; resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach.
  • Manage frequent and detailed client invoice requests and expense reports; independently drive audit and reconciliation process to ensure proper reimbursement and client invoicing.
  • Assist with special projects and travel arrangements as needed.
You Bring

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; you take initiative.
  • Act independently with very little supervision and great work ethic.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
