Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a leader to own the Executive Briefing program, shaping formats, intake, and capacity. You’ll partner with GTM, Sales, and Product Marketing to surface strategic accounts and craft tailored agendas for executive discussions.

You’ll build the speaker bench, manage day-of orchestration, and drive post‑briefing follow‑through to influence pipeline and expansion as the program scales.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling an executive briefing program.
• Fluency with enterprise technology narratives for varied customers.
• Strong operator track record handling many briefings concurrently.
• Credibility with enterprise Sales leadership and account teams.
• Executive presence with Fortune 500 VP and C-level customers.
• Cross-functional orchestration with PMM, Solutions, Events.
• Ability to report on program-influenced pipeline or expansion.
• Clear written and verbal communication; brief executive sponsors concisely.
• Genuine interest in AI and helping enterprises adopt it responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Executive Briefing program: formats, criteria, intake, capacity planning, calendar, and SLAs.
• Govern which strategic accounts receive a briefing each quarter in partnership with GTM leadership; surface accounts.
• Lead discovery with account teams to understand objectives and translate into tailored agendas.
• Own agenda design and co-own agenda development with Product Marketing; shape narrative and topics.
• Build and manage the speaker bench; match speakers to briefings and prep.
• Own day-of orchestration and customer experience with Workplace logistics.
• Drive post-briefing follow-through: capture commitments, route to owners, track to close.
• Build playbooks, tooling, and best practices to scale the program.
• Own measurement and reporting on briefing volume, coverage, and pipeline impact.
