Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product, corporate, or business communications, ideally within technology or complex B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong executive presence and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics without oversimplifying.
• Proven experience managing complex communications moments and advising senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience leading teams and agency partners across global scopes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the communications strategy for HP’s Core Print businesses, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and their teams.
• Shape and implement both proactive and reactive communications strategies that support business priorities and protect HP’s reputation, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective messaging.
• Drive product innovation and portfolio storytelling across hardware, services, and supplies, including new product introductions, platform updates, and ecosystem narratives aligned with HP’s broader priorities such as security, AI-enabled workflows, and the Future of Work.
• Oversee media engagement strategy, including press outreach, briefings, product reviews, and trade narratives. Identify and manage emerging issues, advising on tone, posture, and timing.
• Manage agency partners across planning, execution, and performance measurement. Foster strong context-setting and disciplined decision-making within the Print Comms team.
