Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Executive Briefing Center Manager for the Center for Intelligent Water in Washington, DC. You will lead the experience program, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Brand, and Executive Leadership to drive customer engagements.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, governance, metrics, and operating models; delivering high‑quality briefings; and managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in executive briefing centers, customer experience programs, or related fields.
• Proven experience working with senior leaders and executive customers.
• Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Center for Intelligent Water program strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Establish goals, metrics, and reporting linking Center outcomes to customer engagement and business impact.
• Develop governance and processes for customer engagements and executive briefings.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Brand, and Executive Leadership.
