Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an executive professional resume writer or branding specialist.
• Exceptional writing, editing, grammar, and punctuation skills with the ability to write at an executive level.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience in using web-based conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom and Microsoft Teams).
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, storytelling, and marketing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with advisors and internal stakeholders while maintaining accountability for deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop resumes, board resumes, bios, and branding materials for executives.
• Collaborate with the ICEO Advisor to incorporate guidance into documents.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand executives’ goals and narratives.
• Assess strengths and experiences to position for senior opportunities.
• Translate complex executive experience into concise, compelling content.
• Develop market-aligned resumes, bios, and board profiles.
• Edit and refine documents in real time with executives.
• Apply executive resume formats and ATS considerations to client materials.
• Provide clear, well-documented updates within internal systems.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism with senior leaders.
