Ladders is seeking an Executive Communications Lead to partner with senior leadership and shape messaging for employees, customers, investors, and other stakeholders. You will translate business priorities and market insights into compelling narratives while coordinating with communications and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, clear, and aligned messaging.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supporting a C-suite executive, preferably a CEO or founder.
• Proven ability to build and engage an audience.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted counselor to the CEO and Co-founder on communication priorities.
• Lead diverse content creation including presentations, videos, and social media.
• Craft clear narratives for various audiences on business trends and customer issues.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflow for content research and organization.
• Manage the executive's preparation and delivery of messages.
• Collaborate with internal and corporate communications and cross-functional leaders.
