Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Executive Communications Speechwriter and Storyteller to craft executive-level content and support external engagements for C-suite leaders. You will translate complex strategy into clear narratives, interview experts, and develop reusable storytelling assets for media, investors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
• 2+ years directly supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced corporate, tech, or high-profile organization.
• Experience managing an executive’s social media presence, including strategy development and content creation.
• Experience maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to write executive-level communications with appropriate tone and voice.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews with subject matter experts and synthesize information into strategic stories.

Responsibilities

• Create executive-level speeches, remarks, Op-Eds, video scripts, and talking points for C-suite external engagements.
• Develop reusable storytelling assets and visuals for CEO use across media, investor, and internal contexts.
• Produce polished, high-impact presentation decks with clear visuals and concise narratives.
• Translate business strategy and technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
