Ladders is seeking an Executive Communications Lead to partner with senior leadership and shape messaging for employees, customers, investors, and other stakeholders. You will translate business priorities and market insights into compelling narratives while coordinating with communications and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, clear, and aligned messaging.

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Communications Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with senior leadership to shape executive messaging that resonates with employees, customers, investors, and other key stakeholders. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping to translate business priorities, market trends, and customer insights into compelling narratives. The position also involves coordinating across communications and cross-functional partners to ensure messaging is clear, timely, and aligned.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,720 – $212,000 annually
