Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) is seeking an Executive Director, Brand Lead, Specialty Psychiatry to oversee commercialization and lifecycle management for a portfolio of specialty psychiatric therapies in the US, including a Phase 3 PTSD asset and multiple pipeline assets.

This leader drives cross-functional strategy, US market access, and multichannel engagement to maximize patient impact and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience in CNS/psychiatry.
• Experience with provider and site-of-care account marketing, reimbursement, and complex high-touch therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market model development and cross-functional field alignment for TSND-201 and future portfolio.
• Lead brand strategy and execution with differentiated market position.
• Develop future commercial strategies and infrastructure for a leading specialty portfolio.
• Collaborate across market access, sales, medical, clinical development, and finance to implement integrated plans.
• Oversee omnichannel and customer engagement including HCP and consumer marketing.
• Provide team leadership and development for franchise directors/marketers.
• Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to adapt strategies.
• Own launch readiness and cross-functional launch planning.
