Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience with CNS/psychiatry exposure.
• Experience leading HCP and consumer marketing functions and portfolio strategy.

Responsabilités

• Go-to-Market Model development and execution across TSND-201 and future portfolio.
• Brand strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Omnichannel and customer engagement across HCP, providers, and consumers.
• Own P&L, forecasts, budget planning, and ROI optimization.
• Launch readiness and integrated cross-functional launch plans.
