Job summary

Ollie's is seeking a Senior Director of Business Intelligence, Insights & Reporting to lead the enterprise BI strategy and end-to-end analytics across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership to translate retail priorities into scalable dashboards, analytics, and decision-support capabilities, owning the EDW, data quality, and platform performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI, analytics, reporting, or data engineering with leadership responsibility.
• Retail environment knowledge across merchandising, stores, inventory, and supply chain.
• Proven experience delivering executive dashboards and insights that drive action.
• Strong knowledge of EDW concepts, data modeling, data quality, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise BI, insights, and reporting roadmap aligned with retail priorities.
• Translate data into clear insights, trends, risks, opportunities, and actions for executives.
• Partner with merchandising, stores, finance, marketing, and other functions to define reporting needs.
• Lead design, development, delivery, and support of dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics.
• Establish consistent KPIs, definitions, and data governance for enterprise information.
• Own architecture, reliability, and performance of the EDW and BI platforms.
• Direct ETL/data integration across retail, financial, digital, and vendor systems.
• Implement data quality monitoring and governance with stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing BI/analytics team.
• Manage BI demand, prioritization, and delivery commitments.
