Qualifications

• 10+ years of benefits-related experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level Benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Experience managing benefits vendors, carriers, brokers, and external partners.
• Proven capabilities in financial analysis and benefits cost optimization.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and oversight of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness).
• Direct benefits plan design, renewals, implementation, and open enrollment.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors, insurance carriers, brokers, and partners.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory, governance and risk requirements.
• Evaluate program performance, financial impact, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Partner with executives on strategy, employee experience, and costs.
• Communicate strategies, recommendations, and program changes to stakeholders.
