The Director will own benefits budgeting, vendor management, analytics, and program design across health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, working closely with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.
• Ten or more years of employee benefits experience, including strategy, plan design, vendor governance, compliance, and complex administration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a multi-year benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with the firm's priorities.
• Owns budgeting, renewal modeling, and executive reporting for benefits programs.
• Leads vendor and broker management, negotiations, and governance to ensure service levels and cost effectiveness.
• Oversees design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and core benefits.
• Ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and related laws.
