Qualifications

• JD required; LLM/EB cert preferred.
• Bar admission in the state where you office.
• Minimum 2+ years in an AmLaw 100 firm.

Responsibilities

• Legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals on transaction strategies.
• Attend client calls and meetings, including negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and precedents.
• Pursue ongoing training to enhance knowledge and leadership skills.
