Job summary

Everett Community College in Everett, WA seeks an Associate Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility to lead a college-wide equity strategy and ensure accountability for student success and belonging.

The AVP reports to the President and oversees Equity & Social Justice programs, Center for Disability Services, and cross-department initiatives with a focus on data-informed progress and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent leadership experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience with budgets and operations.
• Knowledge of equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging, and educational justice principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead College-wide equity strategic plan and metrics.
• Use data to identify opportunity gaps and monitor outcomes.
• Advise President on IDEA strategy, accessibility, and policy changes.
• Supervise Equity and Social Justice programs and Center for Disability Services.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, HR, and other units to advance equitable teaching and learning.
• Communicate IDEA priorities and progress to the campus community.
