Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP), UVACH Medical Group Operations to oversee the operational management of all physician practices. This role requires proven leadership experience in healthcare operations and strong expertise in Primary Care and Hospital Medicine.

The ideal candidate will enhance healthcare delivery innovations and drive performance improvements while managing Director-level staff to meet strategic goals. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of demonstrated leadership experience in relevant healthcare operations.
• Experience in a for-profit healthcare environment or an ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
