Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an AVP of Emergency and Trauma Services to provide systemwide executive leadership for Emergency and Trauma operations. The role drives strategy, standardization, and performance improvement across hospitals, ambulatory settings, and community partners.

You will oversee Paramedic and Pre-Hospital programs, and lead the Emergency Department and Trauma Collaboratives with physician and clinical peers.

Responsibilities

• Develops system strategy, operating model, governance, and annual objectives for Emergency and Trauma Services.
• Leads quality, safety, reliability, and variation-reduction strategies across ED and Trauma.
• Serves as accountable executive for Emergency Department and Trauma Collaboratives, with governance and escalation duties.
• Oversees Pre-Hospital Coordinators, EMS relations, Paramedic Program, and base agency agreements.
• Provides executive oversight for the Forensic Nursing Program and JV relationships.
• Leads budgets, resource priorities, contracts, and growth opportunities with campus leaders.
