Job summary

Bloom Energy in San Jose, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join on-site, 5 days in the office, reporting to the Senior Service Desk Manager. You will own Unified Communications and AV production for corporate events and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in telecommunication and AV design, hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, and video conferencing, and a strong customer-service mindset to support executives and staff.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in AV/IT support for enterprise environments.
Hands-on with video conferencing platforms and room systems.
Ability to design, install, and maintain AV and Unified Communications solutions.
Strong customer service and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Install, operate, and troubleshoot conference room AV and communications systems.
Manage Zoom Rooms/Phone, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Logitech, Poly setups.
Provide on-site support for live events and executive meetings.
Create documentation and user best practices.
Coordinate with IT and facilities for outages and upgrades.
