Overview
Visa Corporate Technology Support is transforming how technology and event services are delivered to employees and executives across the organization. The AV & Event Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting executive meetings, corporate broadcasts, hybrid events, and live event production across Visa’s Foster City and Mission Rock campuses.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing position that combines hands-on AV support, live broadcast operations, event execution, and executive engagement. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical partner, ensuring seamless experiences for executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external presenters during high-profile meetings and events.
The ideal candidate will bring strong event production expertise, experience supporting hybrid and live broadcast environments, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressures situations. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Live Events and Video Production Operations.

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $86,300.00 to $ 133,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
