• Conducts research and reviews of campus best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Manages annual strategic plan creation and execution.
• Serves as project manager in areas including business operations, external affairs and revenue generation.
• Liaison between Human Resources and the Executive Team and other department leadership.
• Manages all internal presentation documents for Marshall University Board of Governors and department meetings.
• Performs ad hoc tasks and attend external events as assigned.
