Responsabilités

• Financial Reporting & Budget Monitoring – provide leadership with clear visibility into budgets, expenditures, commitments, and balances.
• Open PO & Invoice Management – monitor open POs and invoices, coordinate with AP and Procurement, close aging items.
• Account & Transaction Reconciliation – reconcile P-Card, purchasing, invoices, and deposits; identify and correct errors.
• P-Card & Financial Transaction Administration – manage P-Card reconciliations and related entries.
• Financial Visibility & Analysis – deliver comprehensive reports showing budgeted, spent, committed, invoiced, paid, and outstanding amounts.
• Processes & Internal Controls – develop consistent reporting and control processes for audit readiness.
