Job summary

The Associate Dean for Undergraduate & Graduate Programs in the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business reports directly to the Dean and leads day-to-day operations of undergraduate and graduate programs at the Lucas College of Business. The role collaborates with the Dean, DRO, and other CSU campuses to advance education locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required per AACSB standards.
• Three years of relevant administrative experience.
• Scholarly work and teaching record sufficient for tenured, full professor status.

Responsibilities

• Supervise undergraduate enrollment planning and student welfare.
• Oversee BSBA degree development and program delivery, coordinating with LCoB leadership.
• Collaborate with curriculum committees to keep courses current and relevant.
• Coordinate orientation programs and manage enrollment for undergrad and graduate programs.
