In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant, located in the Irvine, CA office.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills who can manage confidential information with discretion. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while representing In-N-Out’s culture of friendliness and service.

Note: This role is based full-time in the Irvine office. Must be interested in relocating to Franklin, TN, with the Vice President on or after Fall 2027 (timing is flexible).

General Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-level proactive administrative support by autonomously managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
  2. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  3. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing correspondence and communications.
  4. Support the execution of special initiatives and executive projects as needed.
  5. Conduct research and compile executive reports and summaries.
  6. Coordinate travel logistics, including reservations and itineraries.
  7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  8. Collaborate with other Executive Assistants in a positive and productive manner.
  9. Act as a liaison between the VP of HR and internal/external stakeholders.
Work Schedule and Benefits
  1. Full-time position, Exempt.
  2. Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
  3. Position may require occasional overtime.
  4. Excellent Benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/Profit Sharing, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans, and Pet Insurance.
  5. Hourly Pay Range: $44.00 - $57.00.

Note: The above range is an estimate; final pay will consider experience and other factors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years of advanced executive support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional interaction at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software tools.
Work Location Details

In-N-Out Burger plans to consolidate its west coast headquarters to Baldwin Park, California, by the end of 2029, closing the Irvine office.
