The In-N-Out Burger Store Development team has an excellent opportunity for anExecutive Assistantto support the Vice President of Store Development, located in Baldwin Park, CA*. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills who can manage confidential information with discretion. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while embodying and representing In-N-Out’s culture of friendliness and service.

*This role is based full time in office

General Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level executive support by autonomously managing complex calendars, meetings, and sensitive communications to optimize the VP’s time, priorities, and workflow
  • Support the execution of special initiatives and executive projects on behalf of the VP to advance strategic goals and organizational outcomes
  • Oversee administrative workflows and delegate work to support staff while cultivating internal and external relationships to extend the VP’s influence and operational effectiveness
  • Conduct research and compile executive reports and summaries to support decision-making and inform leadership discussions
  • Prepare and organize materials for speeches, conferences, and meetings to ensure executive preparedness, presence, and impact
  • Coordinate complex travel and logistics to keep the VP agile, efficient, and focused across locations and engagements
Work Schedule and Benefits
  • Full-time position, Non-exempt
  • Office Hours in Baldwin Park, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs will call for occasional overtime

  • Pay Range is $44.00-$57.00 per hour
    The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative role, including at least 5+ years of advanced executive leadership support experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong proficiency with collaborative project management software (e.g. Asana)
  • Experience with making travel arrangements and planning/scheduling department meetings/outings
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent conflict-resolution and problem solving skills
  • Continuously demonstrates a proactive and positive mindset
  • Excellent critical thinking and ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Strong service-orientation and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization
