Foley Mansfield, a national law firm with over 110 attorneys, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant in California to support one busy trial attorney. You will manage documents, travel, client meetings, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth operations and timely deadlines.

The role offers exposure to firm leadership, diverse responsibilities, and the opportunity to contribute to a large legal team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior legal administrative or executive support experience is required.
• Strong writing and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm, collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, transcribe, and prepare documents and correspondence for attorney review.
• Prepare client and insurer reports to meet routine and ad-hoc needs.
• Enter time for the Partner per firm standards.
• Gather information to open new client and matter files.
• Prepare expense reports.
• Manage emails, calls, mail, and faxes efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Collaborate across departments to hit deadlines and support firm goals.
• Provide secondary backup support to other Legal Administrative Assistants.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
