Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, manage executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare correspondence and briefing materials with correct format and grammar.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for the USA and FAUSA as needed.
• Liaise with internal and external offices to schedule visits and meetings.
