Liberty Youth Ranch is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide one-on-one support to the President & CEO and help ensure the execution of executive priorities. The role requires discretion, initiative, excellent calendar management, travel planning, and the ability to prepare polished materials and reports in a fast-moving nonprofit environment.
This in-person position is based at our Bonita Springs campus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $60,000–$75,000
Liberty Youth Ranch (LYR) is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vulnerable children with a loving, stable home and the opportunity to build a successful future.
Established in Bonita Springs, Florida in 2003, Liberty Youth Ranch provides residential care for boys and girls in need of a safe, nurturing, and family-centered environment.
The Ranch serves children holistically, addressing their physical, educational, emotional, social, and spiritual needs while helping them develop the skills, relationships, character, and confidence necessary for long-term independence and success.
LYR also operates the Liberty Youth Ranch Upscale Shop, a social enterprise that generates financial support for the ongoing operating costs of the Ranch while providing an additional connection between LYR and the surrounding community.
At the center of Liberty Youth Ranch is an unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and the belief that every child possesses God-given uniqueness, dignity, and inherent worth.
Our semi-rural 156-acre campus in Bonita Springs provides a peaceful respite from the chaos that crisis can create. We are here for the children who need us the most - to help them thrive and succeed. We serve boys and girls from age 4 to independent living, caring for the whole child - physical, educational, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
The Ranch provides a safe, sustaining home and family to children in crisis, providing 365 days and nights of wraparound care. A variety of therapeutic and recreational activities give children the opportunity to work through their circumstances while enjoying childhood to the fullest.
Children are provided a Christ-centered home focused on bridging academic deficits, learning life skills, developing interpersonal skills, and working together as a family. We address academic, emotional, behavioral, and social challenges of the children and families we serve - thereby changing the cycle for today and for generations to come.
LYR is 100% privately funded and has maintained a strong commitment to responsible financial stewardship, balanced budgets, and debt-free operations.

Liberty Youth Ranch is seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide one-on-one support to the President & CEO and help ensure effective execution of executive and organizational priorities.
The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the President & CEO, managing a broad range of administrative, scheduling, communication, research, project-coordination, and follow-through responsibilities. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, initiative, the highest attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities include managing the President & CEO's calendar and priorities; coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and events; preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials; organizing information and records; tracking assignments and deadlines; conducting research; and communicating professionally with employees, Board members, donors, vendors, ministry partners, candidates, and community contacts.
Because priorities may change quickly, the Executive Assistant must remain flexible while maintaining control of ongoing commitments. The successful candidate will be able to reassess priorities, communicate changes, protect deadlines, and ensure that important work continues to move forward.
The Executive Assistant will also support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned, helping translate direction into action and ensuring that details do not fall through the cracks. This individual must be comfortable taking ownership, asking thoughtful questions, identifying next steps, and following work through to completion.
The position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys supporting a visionary executive, creating order, solving problems, communicating with care, and contributing to a Christ-centered organization serving vulnerable children and families.
