The Fairness Project is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to support two co-founders in a fast-paced startup environment. The role focuses on calendar management, correspondence, and preparing briefing materials for high-level meetings.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, can juggle competing priorities, and are comfortable working in-office in New York City at least four days per week. Very strong written and verbal communication is required.
We are a new political organization bringing leaders and allies together around a common AI safety agenda for Democrats. We exist to make sure Democrats have a say and stake out a comprehensive agenda by building the coalitions needed to win elections on AI safety and govern AI so that the public sets the rules for the technology.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving startup environment, and eager to help build a new organization from the ground up. They need to be discreet and professional since they will be in meetings with high-level stakeholders. Their primary responsibilities will involve managing the two co-founders’ extensive calendars and correspondence which includes preparing briefing materials and agendas. They will also be responsible for supporting logistics around conferences, listening sessions, and events. It is critical that they keep internal workflows and deadlines on schedule.
