This position works independently under general to indirect supervision and serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, and other duties as assigned.Duties include:Executive Support:- Manage the Dean’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.- Prepare and edit correspondence and reports. Office Operations:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dean’s Office, including supervising student workers and managing office supplies.- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and communications. Records, Reporting, and Data Management:- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with University policies.- Compile and analyze data for reports, including annual reports and accreditation documentation.- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity. Communication and Liaison:- Interface with faculty, staff, students, and external partners professionally and effectively.**Qualifications**:A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and one year of prior administrative support experience is required.
