Boston Children's Hospital seeks an Executive Assistant to the CHRO to act as the administrative partner to the Executive Vice President, System Chief Human Resources Officer, and the VP of Human Resources. The position requires independent judgment, superb written and verbal communication, and may supervise other administrative staff. Regular on-site presence is three days per week.
The Executive Assistant to the CHRO will be the administrative partner to the Executive Vice President, System Chief Human Resources Officer, and the Vice-President of Human Resources, providing executive-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the Executive's success. Responsible for proactive and effective calendar and time management, prioritization of a high volume of competing demands, and rapid and precise execution of executive-level administrative functions. Must be able to function independently and handle highly confidential and sensitive business and employee information and matters with discretion. Candidates should possess superlative written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit correspondence, meeting notes, meeting preparation materials, and presentations at an executive level, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, attention to detail, and clarity. May oversee, train and supervise other administrative personnel within the department providing executive-level administrative support. Models exceptional teamwork, responsiveness, professionalism, and the values of Boston Children's Hospital at all times. This position reports to the Executive Vice President and System Chief Human Resources Officer. Regular on-site presence of 3 days per week is required.
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
